Order Shipping & Delivery

We always act to ensure that our customers’ deadlines are met. Our team works tirelessly from the moment your order is confirmed to the moment it arrives at your door. Please note that large orders may be divided into multiple shipments to maintain consistent product quality and ensure timely delivery across all units.

While we take every measure to meet your delivery expectations, Tuck End Boxes shall not be held liable for delays caused by technical issues, weather conditions, carrier delays, international customs clearance, or any other circumstances beyond our control. All production, shipment, and delivery dates are calculated based on estimates from our suppliers and recent order history and are therefore not guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing.

In the event of any unexpected delays caused by equipment failure, technical disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances during the printing or shipping process, any applicable rush charges or expedited fees will be fully refunded or waived. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled solely due to delays in the printing or shipping process.

After production is complete, orders are dispatched using trusted, reliable postal and courier services. Delivery typically takes 10 business days after production for most destinations.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to help brands across the globe access our premium custom packaging solutions. International delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local carrier performance. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note that some orders may be manufactured in our overseas production facilities depending on the nature, size, and specifications of the order. Rest assured, quality standards remain consistent regardless of production location.

Important Shipping Guidelines

Communicate Your Deadline in Writing
If you have a specific delivery date requirement, it is essential that you communicate this to us in writing before placing your order. Tuck End Boxes will not be responsible for missing any delivery deadlines that have not been formally communicated and confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of production.

Confirm Delivery Details on Job Specification Sheets
All required delivery deadlines and shipping details must be clearly included in the job specification sheets sent to customers for approval before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm all delivery information at this stage.

Multiple Shipments for Large Orders
For large volume orders, shipments may be split and delivered in multiple batches over a period of time. This ensures product quality is maintained and each batch arrives in perfect condition.

Accurate Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address at the time of ordering. Tuck End Boxes will not be liable for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time. If you experience any issues with your shipment tracking or delivery status, our customer support team is available to assist you promptly.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter immediately and work swiftly to provide a replacement or suitable resolution to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If any changes need to be made, you can send a note directly to our Tuck End Boxe’s team through the proof page and they’ll be happy to help with finalizing your design for printing.
As a high-volume producer with scale economies, Tuck End Boxes provides the industry’s most competitive prices on custom printed boxes available. Pricing is generally a factor of five things: dimensions, box style, ink coverage on the box, box material, and quantity (higher quantities = bulk quantity savings). If you have questions about pricing or choices that can affect your order, our customer support team is happy to help!
Yes, You can have printing on the inside, outside, or both. This includes Mailers, Shippers, and Tuck Tops (our menu box by style!). Product boxes are currently limited to printing on the exterior only. You can even use our online box designer to design the inside of Mailer boxes. For Shippers and Tuck Tops, we currently require a PDF template be submitted for both the interior and exterior so we can set up your order as a custom order. You can also submit designs this way for our Mailer boxes.
