Eligibility for Returns or Reprints

Since all packaging is produced based on your specific requirements, you must report any issue within 3 working days of receiving your order.

What Qualifies for a Reprint

You may be eligible for a reprint if:

  • Your order does not match the approved artwork or specifications
  • There are clear printing defects or production errors
  • The products are damaged during manufacturing

If the issue is verified by our team, we will offer a free reprint of your order.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or reprints in the following cases:

  • Errors in customer submitted artwork such as spelling or design mistakes
  • Incorrect size or specifications provided by the customer
  • Products that have been used, altered, or handled after delivery
  • Claims where no defect or printing issue is found after inspection

How to Request a Claim

To start a claim, follow these steps:

  2. Include your order details and a brief explanation
  3. Attach clear photos showing the issue

Our team will review your request and respond after evaluating the evidence.

Resolution Process

  • If the issue is confirmed, we will proceed with a free reprint
  • In rare situations, we may offer a refund or store credit
  • Decisions are based on quality checks and provided proof

Order Cancellation

Once your design has been approved, the order cannot be canceled.

Production begins immediately after approval, so please review all details carefully before confirming.

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly for any issue.

Chargebacks are not the preferred solution. If a problem is verified on our end, we will resolve it through a reprint or appropriate action.
