Customer Submitted Content

When you upload artwork, designs, or files:

• You confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them
• Files should be submitted in high resolution (300 DPI) and CMYK format
• We are not responsible for quality issues caused by incorrect file formats

Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in USD
• Orders are processed after full payment is received
• Payment includes product cost, taxes, and shipping charges

Once your design is approved and sent to production, changes cannot be made.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 4 hours after proof approval with a fee of 25 dollars plus 5 percent of the order total
• Cancellations after 24 hours may result in up to 50 percent charge
• Orders may not be canceled once production has started

Design service orders are non refundable.

Returns and Reprints

If there is a printing error or defect:

• Notify us within 3 working days of delivery
• Provide clear images of the issue within 7 days

We will reprint the order if the issue is verified. Refunds are not offered.

Proofing and Color Accuracy

Customers must carefully review proofs before approval.

• We are not responsible for errors in approved proofs
• Minor color variations may occur due to printing limitations
• Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a physical proof is ordered

Production and Shipping

Production begins after:

• Payment is completed
• Final design is approved

Delivery timelines depend on selected production speed and shipping method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Customs or external factors

Additional charges may apply for incorrect shipping details.

Overruns and Underruns

Due to production processes:

• Orders may vary by up to 5 percent
• Extra items are provided at no additional cost
• Shortages will be adjusted proportionally

Limitation of Liability

Tuck End Boxes is not liable for:

• Errors approved in final proofs
• Minor variations in color, size, or finish
• Delays in shipping or production
• Loss or damage caused by third party carriers

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Tuck End Boxes from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

• Violation of these terms
• Use of copyrighted or unlawful material
• Misuse of the website

Use of Website
